Owning a home is an expensive challenge for Gen Zers and millennials. Renting remains the more affordable option, but in some cases, renting can be just as expensive. On average, Gen Zers spend 30% of their income on a mortgage if they bought a home between the ages of 22 to 29, a RentCafe study found. A majority of Americans feel financial regret as personal debt soars to new highs, a recent survey said.    Roughly 78% said they had a financial regret, with 21% saying they most lamented “charging up too much credit card debt,” according to the Debt.com survey.  Millennials regret their credit debt the most, and 45% said they feel guilty about “charging too much on their credit cards.” Baby boomers were the least concerned, with only 10% feeling regret over credit card debt despite having the most of it. Following a four-month long disappearance, Subway announced Wednesday the “triumphant return” of the oversized chocolate chip cookie, which was pulled from many restaurants less than two weeks after its January debut because of massive demand. The SPDR Euro Stoxx 50 ETF (NYSEARCA:FEZ) tracks the performance of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, which comprises 50 of the largest and most liquid European Stoxx across 11 Eurozone countries. As of writing, the fund has roughly $3.8B in assets. It has performed well on a trailing one-year basis, delivering ~17% return in the period. FEZ provides investors broad-based exposure to European blue-chip companies, but the persistent, unsteady macro-backdrop for Europe gives me pause. I rate FEZ as a hold for now. A Fulton County judge will allow a co-defendant of Donald Trump in the Georgia election subversion case to continue his effort to access thousands of 2020 ballots to argue debunked voter fraud theories. Harrison Floyd, who led the organization Black Voices for Trump in 2020, argued during a hearing Tuesday that he should not have been charged in the racketeering case because his concerns about voter fraud and questions about the election results were legitimate.
