Mandalay Resources said Finance Chief Nick Dwyer would resign from the company in the first quarter of 2024.

The Toronto-based mining company said it would begin a search for a successor. Dwyer will continue to serve in the role full-time until he departs.

Mandalay said that Dwyer had decided to resign and relocate to Australia for personal reasons.

The financial chief switch came as Mandalay reported lower revenue in the third quarter from lower production, partially offset by higher gold prices.
